Utopian and Dystopian Vision
Utopian vision and dystopian vision may be part of the same apocalyptic narrative. In Fundamentalist Christian Apocalypticism, and all other apocalypticisms informed by it, dystopian vision refers to the Tribulation period, and Utopian vision to the Millennium, a literal 1,000 year long reign of Christ on Earth when universal peace justice, and holiness are the norm.
